One month

Lukas is 1 month today!!!! Wearing the hat and mittens that his aunt Angele made for him :)

Daily updates - Day 6

In between his feedings, Lukas has been resting up quite a bit these last couple of days. A few milestones from today:

1. We got the YELLOW mustardy poop this morning! Quite a change from the dark green ones we've been seeing in the first four days of his life :)

2. The little boy air-peed today for the first time while his Dad was changing his diaper! Luckily, noone got wet :P

3. Lukas had his first sponge bath at home very early this morning (~12:30AM). He wasn't a fan of it but did pretty good overall. 

4. We made a keepsake with his foot and hand prints right at a 5th birth day mark. 

5. My Mom and I could have sworn we saw him smiling in his sleep a few times throughout the day. I later learned these were called 'gas smiles'.

Monday is a big day for us as Lukas has his first appointment with his pediatrician. Please pray everything goes well! We will update you tomorrow.
